August is a Rush . . . awww breathtaking for me!!!

I just read an incredibly well written blog by one individual that chose a very appropriate title . . . for her words . . . well . . . do SING!

August . . . Quickly came and wow is quickly passing by. My Love of my life - JESUS CHRIST is so . . . soooo . . .. sooooooooooooooooooo INCREDIBLE!!! I have been walking lately and meditating along the strides taken.

August is a Rush! It is also the title of one of my favorite movies! I've seen life given and life taken. I stood in the wake of the joyous announcement of the Birth of many new lives while I was out of town in the beginning of the month, gone to baby showers and invited to more and sadly we've been in the hospital along others who have been in deep sorrow in the loss of life quite young. Our girls have begun school once again and it is already flying by! Two of them are in their "last" August 1st mandatory school levels - really milestones. One is in her last year in elementary and another is in her Senior Year of High School. Where did the time fly? Just a few years back - She was beginning fourth grade where the "baby" is beginning this year! YIKES August is rushing by too quickly~!!!

Life . . . :-D . . . August . . . musical, lyrical, methodical . . . is simply a rush of Joy . . . no matter the season. Thank You Lord for just one more breath, one more step, one more August Rush in my life!

Needing a Boost to get physically in SHAPE!!!

Okay so now . . . in my EARLY forty's it's MUCH harder to LOOSE the weight.
Can ANYONE give me some ideas on some help?!!!

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!! I need to loose quite a BIT to be back where I was BEFORE Hadassah came to our awareness!

Don't be afraid to share - I am willing to workout hard and get it all into shape
eating habits that will be healthy for both Hadassah and I since we are still feeding mother natures way ;-).
