Why?

Yes . . . why?

This is Shawn & Susan Inchaustigui. Susan was in our first ministry as a youth and her life led her to a bible college where she met her husband. Through their training God has called them to go to Mexico near Mexico City to serve as missionaries.
Susan is another dear saint that is special to the "Klundt" family.
God is so good ALL the TIME. So good that we were able to see her grow in Jesus Christ, marry a very godly young man, and grow their family for the field to work with the Mexican people.
Shawn, her husband, grew up in Mexico City where his parents are currently missionaries for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Until, I believe, he went to the United States of America to be educated and prepare to minister the gospel as a missionary. They have three special children; a daughter and two sons. They have been preparing to work a life along with the indigenous people of Mexico for years. As of September 18 they are now on the soil that they have been preparing their family for.
Will you please keep them in your prayers? For language school and transition in a new culture for all of them, especially for Susan and their babies who are experiencing this for the first time.
Why ask Why when the Lord has called you and prepared you for the KINGDOM?

Stepping out on FAITH once again

Have you ever done something by stepping out on Faith
and began the RIDE of who knows what?

That is what Kent & I have been going through with many things.

Vision for our home, and our body.
In the next few weeks, months, year, years a thought process.
How to lead with the God given abilities, and grow others
whether our girls, or the body we've been blessed with; to
depend ON GOD and not themselves.

Because when we as humans depend on ourselves
we become bankrupt, figuratively speaking.
It really is ALL about the Lord and fully stepping
out in FAITH to follow HIS leading.
Stepping out like that requires . . . risks.

The things of God rarely make sense.
He prompts us, tugs at our heart strings, and then WAITS.

Stepping out like a rock climber gripping each step with
the unknown of what will come next, but very sure in the one
whom your secured to. Knowing that you are protected yet
you need to pull on the rope to go on. There come moments
when we want to rely only on our self, getting stuck.
What will we do next? How? When? What if?
And when you are asked to trust it becomes sometimes a
war of thought & action.

Well . . . one of those moments came up in our lives again.
Let go of OUR SELF - trust and LET GO of what we think
we are in total control of. We wrestled, we contemplate,
we prayed, we then submitted - two days later after that
"STEPPING OUT IN FAITH" we were blessed once again
with an unexplainable, uncomprehending blessing.

Stepping out in FAITH is definitely much more precious and
unexplainable. The dividends are very rewarding. Why?
Only He can answer but there is peace knowing He is in control.

I've seen it over and over again and it continually takes my breathe
away - The AWE of AWESOME, The realization that Nothing else can
take the place of YOU (Lord) NOTHING!

Let's continue to go Walking together! Our steps together . . . I
Love it now and just like it all began in Colorado when we walked together
so many years ago. I love smelling you, feeling you and being
very real and transparent with you - Nothing surpasses that time.
Thank - YOU . . . Again. Just grab my hand when I do ask,
"Where are we walking TODAY?" :-)

Nuggets

What is a "Nugget"?

No it is not the NBA team from Denver, although I am a NATIVE of God's country ;-)!

No it is not a gold digger either. :-)

It is the joy of ministry reaching others together with a common goal . . . to LOVE and reach out with out a cost . . . Giving, serving, feeding all while having fun with one another!

What is the nugget?
It is Fall Fest!!!
At our fest we Feasted!
We Laughed, We Loved
We lived, we gave.
we smiled, we worked.
We even blushed a bit . . . right
my new found friends through a water
war. ;-D
Thanks Larry for allowing me to grovel over spilled
(well really it was thrown) water intended for brother Duane H. gone wrong
;-P Ha ha hahahaha I really REALLY Blushed to only find that Larry and his
sweet bride live by Hughes'.
We just wanted to Be Jesus' Hands again to our community and just GIVE!
A family Fun Atmosphere to just be FREE and Plant some seeds to sow later. May the Lord receive all the Glory for this Days' planting!

With proper balance we do really need one another for it to work out correctly.

Well . . . It again was a successful event!
Even when Satan tried to through us a few curves.
Rescheduling.
Revising.
Re-Publicizing.
Refocus.
Running.
Riding.
Reaching.
REJOICING!

Congratulations

Eli and Beth Chambers

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Welcome HENRY!!!! We are sooooo excited that you are HERE!!!
I can hardly wait to see you FACE to FACE!!!!!

Oh Little Man . . . welcome!

Pressing forward and submitting

The joy of pressing forward can only be possible with the drive to succumb & submit to authority. This is the sixth season to be a supporting cast to encourage XC runners to meet their personal best. It is . . . a sport like no other! And we love sports!!!
Invigorating, breath taking (as a runner and a supporter as a parent), the most exhilarating and rewarding sport I have EVER been a part of in any way. Why? One might ask that question and think it is crazy to run XC. But it is the closet thing to really apply the values of scripture in every way.

Every year, every season . . . every grueling mile . . . what an unstoppable motivation to peruse through the windows of our eyes and reflect deeper than the soul. These individuals train for weeks, months, years, seasons. With every conditioning is the ability to prepare the physical body to be in tuned, conditioning and building the stamina to press on when the body aches, & tells the mind to just give in -maybe even quit. STOP.

It thrills me to see the athletes all anticipating to get to the finish line and complete the course. 3.5 mile runs, on paths that are continually changing - flat, rolling hills, inclines, rocks, mud, grass, the pressure to take one more step . . . the desire to submit to the training and keep the focus to reach the finish line. This an event that EVERYONE is encouraged by other teammates, relatives and yes even those from other teams and their supporters. You'll never see fans only rooting for only "their team or runner" but everyone that is on the course! It is AMAZING!!!!

Not everybody chooses to be a team runner for XC because it is a "distance running sport". Therefore why choose that sport and just RUN?
That's CRAZY! ;-/

Out of all the sports our family has participated in and be a part of this sport is so different. I've never seen anything like it. Fall . . . is amazing in our home town area. Because we see runners from all over who have be conditioning and pressing forward for the reward of finishing, possibly even PRing (personal recording-doing their best TIME in a run). It is a Team sport that includes self dedication and perseverance when everything in your body is telling you to stop. Your muscles ache, your lungs feel like they may not get enough oxygen, your saliva gets thick and you need to PUSH through yourself to take one more step. There are teammates, coaches & fans all encouraging you to KEEP GOING. And when the finish line is in sight . . . the runner pushes with every last ounce to FINISH another run!!! AMAZING!!!!

There are many colors worn with pride but when it comes to the finish line . . . . every one is shouting "Your almost there - PUSH - you CAN DO It!!!!" And they DO!!!!!!!!

Almost there . . . Almost there . . .
we're proud of you!!! Keep it up!!!

YOU DID IT . . . YOU FINISHED
