Ana, I believe that leaders are born. They have personalities that like to take charge, get things done. They enjoy people and challenges. They may not reach their full potential though if they aren't encouraged when young to use the leadership qualities they have.
I do not believe they are born. We are all born the same, as babies from our mothers womb. I think it is a matter if we are willing to step up into leadership. I agree leadership is serving one another like Jesus served and you can lead and follow at all different levels but we are make the choice to either 1. Lead or 2. Follow
