Josh Wilson - I Refuse
WIth this in thought, What is it you REFUSE?
Where is your walk?
Is it matching the TALK?
REFUSE making any more excuses or waiting for someone else to do what GOD has CALLED YOU TO DO?!!!!!!
Well, What exactly are you waiting FOR?

Techno zero
The world that became smaller through all our techno break throughs;in order to make life easier really only makes life sometimes more hectic. Maybe just maybe that is why the Lord has told us to "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!" Psalm 46:10 WE (the world filled with humanity) say we want to make life better but sometimes I just wonder.
We all have the same twenty four hours in a day and It came to me ro See that I have been without my cellular device for over eight hours due to making adjustments. Creating my phone to be able to use for new operations making things "easier" for work. However, without it, my life enjoyed a fun time playing with Princess number four & five while sitting with my spouse watching Super bowl number forty five; which by the way was our twenty fifth one together
It was kind of nice to be without the device that was just introduced to me eight years ago. Why? Tonight made me laugh with three of our seven family member home. Princess five found one of the girls roller skates and we giggled. We were entertained in so many ways it brought joy to my heart.
Really all the technology in our home has just come in the last decade. Amazing.
But it is a thought, maybe there should be a time when we drop technology and leave it at a zero.
No entertaining conversation.
no texting,
no IM
Just a written word,
a time to reflect on what is really important.
When was the Last time we really applied;
"Be still, and know that I am GOD; . . ." to our life?

Up to February First 2011 = Fun Family MeMoRiEs
Awwwhhhhhh Snow, Well . . . I still love SNOW and how it warms my heart that the CREATOR made it so BEAUTIFUL, and warming to every part of my being!

So many times I have endured the Winters wonder of Joy in the precious flutter to SNOW flakes. "Auntie Joan" used to call me in the early '90's to say, 'Ana, look outside it is doing one of your FAVORITES, look at what's happening!' and I would instantly warm to the core of my being!
Oh the memories of the many snow and ice drivings to and from Home while in college. Oh the wonder to ponder if we would make across the 619 miles far enough in front or behind a storm. As we were trying to stair step up to the far NE corner of NE to settle in with my college friends. Or the times all of us girls would get together, lock arms then to hold one another to the next building trying to make it to the cafe for our meals. Aha memories!
I remember the first Christmas break that Daddy and Pompi had come to pick me up. They were thinking they were prepared for the "cold of the mid west." We giggled with the few of us left to leave campus and as we watched them both step out of Pompi's truck, then watch them laughing at how they would only move quickly back to the truck and jump back in the cab to put on MORE winter clothing! That was a site, and another warming moment.

The wonder of February first

The joy of January 31st ice
I remember the many drives with Kent over MANY winter wonderland adventures; How about the one that was a BLIZZARD that hit the ENTIRE Denver Metropolitan area and suburbia, literally shutting down Denver on a SUNDAY - December 27, 1987!
I remember many memories of the White Wintry Wonderland bliss beauty of snow. It carries me all the way up through out our life and to THE STORM of February 1, 2011, covering over 1/3 of our nation.
The snow storm on The Birthday of our first born as she experienced her first BLIZZARD away from home that left her over 18" and a failed attempt to surprise her through a college tour and staying to support her for a BBall game the same evening. ;'-(

Fantabulous February second FUN with college Friends @ OCC

my my mist
Mya was my victim of the day;) She toughed out the misty weather. OK it was rather wonderful really. She is a trooper though, I feel like she would literally do anything I tell her to!! Ha she is so hilarious and is so beautiful.
Ive actually known Mya since she was born, her parents lived with us for a while when I was little and then well they started making babies and had to get their own house;) Mya was the fist of five girls in this loving, gorgeous, Godly family. I love them, and that is that. Mya is now (making me feel old) at OCC. I stole her away before she had to go to basketball practice. I didn't know she was playing, hope I can go see her play...it'll bring back memories from when I went to basketball camp there when I was in jr high....and when both of my brothers played. It was good times. I don't really have a zest for words so enough talking.....thanks again MyMy!!
xoxo

Did someone say "ICE DAY" or snow day?
Oh we had fun making some memories. And in the midst of everything called "drizzle rain" and Misty freezing rain here you go.
THEN I received a wonderful phone call from Bethy saying she "is going to see our mymy" for a fun photo shoot and she also expresses with Joy, "I LOVE TAKING PICTURES IN THIS KIND OF WEATHER OF FOG!" We giggled and I was warmed that six special ladies were making the most of every created opportunity!
Come along with us and watch some "American Honey" sung by Lady Antebellum. It makes me smile and warms me at the same time.
Now I can hardly wait for http://bchambersphotography.blogspot.com/ and their finished product that was "live" and taking place at roughly the same moment. Hummmmmm, JO MO and MOTOWN laughing and having fun simultaneously.
Who'd a thunk it! Ha
