Oh we had fun making some memories. And in the midst of everything called "drizzle rain" and Misty freezing rain here you go.
THEN I received a wonderful phone call from Bethy saying she "is going to see our mymy" for a fun photo shoot and she also expresses with Joy, "I LOVE TAKING PICTURES IN THIS KIND OF WEATHER OF FOG!" We giggled and I was warmed that six special ladies were making the most of every created opportunity!

Come along with us and watch some "American Honey" sung by Lady Antebellum. It makes me smile and warms me at the same time.

Okay so today is January 27, 11. Can you believe it? I have so much bottled inside with questions like a child, a smile upon my face. The desire to laugh once again. TRUST HIM with all I have!

Restless was I through the night. Praying unceasingly, as if i had a spiked fever. His grace is sufficient, and his salvation extended. Oh how I LOVE HIM! The midst called my life breathes with anticipation what 2011 has in store for me. What it may have in store for you. Or how about those I will rekindle relationships with & keep close in touch. Wow or those close to the heart I always am with. Goodness me, with excitement I await those yet I've never met, that is thrilling that He knows we will be path crosser as part of our (HE and my) divine appointment this year! Ahhhhh joy! ;-)

I know what he has given to me for his purposes and I plan on using them for his GLORY!

He Reigns

God, Jesus, Holy Spirit and three humble hearts make one strong chord. Answers are already there, Believed true. His Glory revealed in HIS TIMING but not in vain in any means or stretch of the magnitude that awaits the reply that is BEST! Reflections of the hearts manifested in trust of complete accuracy and no mark for truancy - for we are His - Our God REIGNS and with HIS GLORY!


One week without prayer makes one weak! (let alone one day with out a date with ONLY HIM) So where is my FOCUS for this day that very well could be my last? Is it on Him and only pleasing HIM? Where is YOURS at? Be blessed as you make a date for only HIS HEART!

I wish more individuals would listen to the word of God and not drop their guard for the pleasure that is intended for "THAT special union day." Then respect one another to the point to WAIT in eager anticipation for the joy of a union in TRUST. To practice and apply with respect without stealing something that doesn't belong to the opposite sex until there is a wedding band on their finger. Want respect? Then be respectful not to take or give away anything physically prematurely.

One DREAM I KNOW

For sure I know that this is one man's heart and One of my DREAMS that I already know IS coming TRUE! I rest in Him all the time! It is so amazing to know! "Psalm 42:2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?" I will meet him when he calls me, So I await in great anticipation of that Great Day! He is so amazing to me!

Also it has been so Beautiful to see all this snow. Just yesterday I found out that our total accumulation from three snow falls this month came to twenty three plus inches! OMYGOODNESS!

In that crazy day we needed to go and pick up our curly Q cutie and ended up finding a way for her to descend to the van, good thing we had a shovel in tow and snow boots to boot. ;-)















these are the pictures of the "excavating" completed from the bottom up. Picture were after the fact. A few phone calls, texts, attempts to go to the "alley" and then contemplating how to get her to the van. A little bit of Love and a lot of determination created a memory. Mommy worked with love.

Oh goodness AGAIN it falls

Here it is again as it falls a third time with in a short week and a half.






There it is. WHITE powdery and feathery looking. It is late last night and we drive away from our guests home along with two other couples who depart rather quickly since they have further north to travel. AMAZING in less than two weeks it has literally dumped much precipitation.

I can not put into words what is taking place here. The mighty hand of God at work, that is what is stirring and it absolutely warms my heart. Dreaming, my favorite childhood fond season ( away from where I grew up that is) Oh it was so funny to drive home in two separate vehicles and to park down below like we usually do when we know a snow removal will require on our snow route. Oh I did think we are not going to receive this one this time. WE DID and AHHHhhhhh. I was giggling when I saw the answer to my question, "Well, did it snow that hard that church was postponed this week?" Oh my goodness, the ticker was not able to scroll fast enough in the alphabetical order quick enough!

So I'll just show you what I mean. Her are a few pictures from a few of our SNOW adventure wonders that has caused four Snow days for our area and now a SNOW SUNDAY. AMAZING! Absolutely AMAZING!

PRAYING

What do you do when you know with all your heart that relying on HIM ONLY will get you through!? I have been praying, Praying, PRaying, PRAying, PRAYing, PRAYIng, PRAYINg, PRAYING~~!!! I will keep praying as I await HIS ANSWERS and PRAISE him for what he has already answered because HE is hearing my hearts desire to be in TUNE with HIM! I trust HIM. I LOVE HIM! I will obey Him. He knows my heart because we talk very openly together. In - to - me - YOU - shall - see (Abba)!


So many times He has answered and answered clearly. I still trust HIM, He has guided me my entire life and I praise him for each and every answer. It is all about HIM and only HIM. Jeff Moody had once said in a paraphrase, "Love the Lord with ALL your heart and then do as you please."

Uniqueness in the moment of the snow

Okay the day is White as snow, with spots of brown all around ;0*( (that is a tear representation, just FYI) and grayish slushy stuff that is not really my favorite. I am from the ROCKIES where snow captivated my heart and the essence of my thrill during this season. However, I am beginning to see that as wisdom tries to teach me the cold is beginning to effect my limbs. It really started shortly after a vehicle accident that almost took my breath away permanently back in the wee teen years of my life. Moving to the mid west made me appreciation creation because snow is not always the same. After discovering the frozen tundra and constantly being filled with the frigid temperatures in college, while experience snow fall horizontally (literally) the snow meant it would "hurt" a knee, a few limbs and my back. OUCH! I had heard of frost and the term "frostbite" however, I learned that up North that was an entire new definition.

Every limb would scream while my voice would try to convey "Brrrrrrr it is cold". IT HURT. Well recently, it is hurting again. My wee little lover of the out doors doesn't realize how it hurts every ember in my being. I just smile and try to focus on the snow. Why I love it! Why I adore the creator for making it! And finding myself enamored with glee as it falls out of the sky. Oh I know there are many who don't really appreciate this season and just the other day I heard someone say, "I HATE SNOW, and that isn't even strong enough to express how i feel about it." I just thought pour soul. He needs to realize it is a time to reflect on scripture. About our sins being wiped away when we come to the presences of our Savior and we are freed! Or How it is so bright that it could be a representation of the Shikinah Glory of the Heaven. Or how about the opportunity to cuddle with a quilt lovingly made just for you while sipping on homemade hot chocolate peculated in your grandfathers' old campfire tin coffee pot that just the two of used on many trips just the two of you while "cutting wood" in the Rockies? Oh the way it melts into magnanimous ice crystal icicles to create little prisms?

Snow flakes so different, so unique, so ONE OF A KIND - Masterpieces! Oh Joy in the seasons! Thank You Lord for allowing me to appreciate so much lately. I just Love YOU!

Goodness me it is Brrrrrrr COLD!

The day was by far no ordinary "WINDsday" as Pooh may have said to Christopher Robbins and Piglet. Last night was one of those windy blustery day that spit snow around with a little bit of accumulation! With our first snow we failed to measure more than twice. Our last official measuring was 7, 3/4 " but we had a friend who used their tape measure to calculate over 10" in our area. Then our area got 5-6" more last night.

It was beginning around 2:15 or so for our area and it glimmered, shimmered and shined like sequins being set to embellish a fancy quilt. The cars spun their tires as if suspended in air on a tire machine for some, and made others slide. The girls where thrilled to have their fourth snow day in a weeks time line. I have enjoyed the brr cold because I was able to see the girls in a new light of unity. Em and I were able to share a few fun moments together and then go pick out some really cool fun nonsensical smiles with (believe it or NOT) some girl time SHOPPING!

I know, I know for those who know my no nonsense shopping mentality it may come as a shock but it was a time to celebrate one other persons excitement of making a DREAM come true. We were able to be a part of her Grand Opening RIBBON cutting then off toward the SOUTH to go absolutely crazy with a BAG and wallet!

So here is to the new term of "Goodness me it is Brrrrrrr COLD!" and having a moment to share in a memory of FUN!

The ache of a mothers heart

One of the hardest things to experience is one of your children become ill and need you to help them being sick. No details we all know what I am referring to. It is awful to be sick and when it happens "away from home" makes it even that much more difficult.
She texts: "Mommy, I just got sick. Will u come and pick me up." then a quick phone call shortly after. My little family couldn't move quick enough when it is cold out. The Coats on, mittens, socks and shoes appropriately placed in order to get the van warmed in time to make sure the dear daughter' our princess knows we are there to get her. It seemed like an eternity to this mommy.

I just wanted to cradle her, wash her face and to get lunch, something gentle into her weak system. Oh then to find that our baby would do the same thing upon awakening from a very late evening nap.

I wish I could just touch them and take it all away. The feeling, the pressure, the slight fever with one. To calm them, wipe their face, hold them and rub their back. To ease them into a calming rest. Sometimes it comes with a very calming bath and soothing music to calm the mind, the nerves and aching muscles screaming for relief.

Yes it is an ache of a mothers heart to help her child who is temporarily ill. An ache to relieve everything and make everything as it were before. Oh in less than one month there has been six moments of aching for a loved one who has been feeling like this. Thank the good Lord for his compassion's that far out weigh all of my short comings. For his example to Love with the desire to make everything better and take it all away. Yes our sin is that sickness. He is there for us and desires to calm us, take away the pain, to make everything right. He has literally touched us and stretched out his arms in a way that says I LOVE YOU THIS MUCH! Then he died on the cross fully healing me, you and all of man kind. He desires freedom from our sickness, called our sin because he to has the ache of a mothers heart.

The newness of life

When the heart is stretched, the dreams sent reeling, the visions swimming & the pulse of the vital organ known as our heart with vigorous beats to bring a new beat of joy.

One, a dream that some may try to squelch, but let that not hinder what has been put there.

I dream and I DREAM rather large. It is odd that as time goes by, some forget what their dreams are. Why?
Well sometimes it is because there are those who become Naysayers.
Those that are not supportive by either making doubt settle into a seed of ambiguity.
Maybe it is by others not being an encourager.
I say "PISHAH" and "KEEP DREAMING"!!!

My Dreams are Big BODACIOUS DREAMS!
Some of them are rather detailed because they have been there for a very long time.
Others are new ones that have crept into existence of my inner most parts because they are un-explainable and "out of the box"!

I can hardly wait for them to come to fruition.

What? What? What???

So some things have come to my mind and really challenged my thinking and possibly a mantra.

* What do You want from __________?

* What are you willing to do in order to achieve it?

* What are you willing work hard for and to sacrifice in order to make it happen? (especially when others tell you it can't be done!)

well . . .. for ONE WEEK I have really been thinking, pondering and reflecting! "Ana" What are your DREAMS?!!! What drove those DREAMS? Are you still DREAMING? Why or why not?

I DID! They brought me great JOY. I temperarily got side tracked from some Naysayers however, they are my DREAMS and now I am DREAMING AGAIN because the Lord put them there in my heart!

Now the bitter cold

Faith is ecstatic because they have NO SCHOOL for the third day in a row! AMAZING!!!!!

She was told very very early from a reliable source and then I passed it on to others also. Well . . . now the bitter cold was the reason for us not having school for the third day (at least two of us were thrilled with that possibility) but we all ate some humble pie, so we thought, when one said, "That's not correct, because I know we were told that we do have school." We were excited for Faith and her thrill for the opportunity to make some fun memories baking. Well you know . . . It is always good to keep in mind that we are all learners at all stages of this life we live! Faith had accurate information. Faith shared that information of the bitter cold "snow day". ;-) Faith handled it correctly by smiling and remaining excited regardless what others said. We excited to share you snow day/bitter cold day Faith!

So here is the deal. Some days when we have all the facts set straight, share those facts there will be some who feel the need to tell us we are incorrect, because of not wanting to believe what we say.

I can hardly wait to see what will come of the Day tomorrow!

Snow, snow, snow

Oh my goodness did it ever snow like crazy here. I love the snow and my children have had fun in the snow and so did Kent and I having an early date Monday morning over a nice cup of coffee and fruit oatmeal. We later discovered we needed to return to dig for my van keys and key less entry remote. Thank Goodness for a prayer, a shovel and persistence. They were found while I was indoors digging through a trash receptacle. Ewwwww.


I still enjoyed the snow events with Kent and a waiting the sunrise, looking into his wonderful blue eyes and knowing we have spent a quarter of a century together!

Well not much to say other than i am constantly LEARNING!

Parent is a joy yet one of the most challenging events life can ever give you. I have five wonderful BLESSINGS I Praise the KING for every day and I am filled with AWE!

Secondly where has twenty three years gone? So much has happened and quite frankly, I'll never be the same. amazing.

PRAISE the Lord

Oh there is SO much to be praiseworthy for but the one that AMAZES me is the one for the BEAUFORD family!!! I have been praying for them and their desire to adopt a child! To my surprise today I by happenstance saw that the LORD gave Parker a home to see this side of heaven December 8, 2010 but most importantly his adoptive Parents and loving arms were eagerly awaiting them and He is HERE!!! OM GOODNESS isn't that AWESOME! It went so fast! He is sooooo cute and he is in a CHRISTIAN HOME with two wonderful parents and two wonderful siblings!'



I LOVE it that DREAMS are coming true for the BEAUFORD family! Congratulations Chad, Leandra, Brayden, Jillian and PARKER! God you ARE AWEMAZING and GREAT!!!! To you be the Glory to have Parker in this home!

Wow and it came by so quickly

So many times we gaze and find ourselves in a new season, not to mention a NEW YEAR! Wow it came by so quickly.
I am just grateful that it is going to be the year of meeting and experiencing NEW DREAMS . . . that come true! Nice times come for those who are positively optimistic and this year that is the focus! With so many things in my life things have taken place and I LOVE a great laugh, a good joke, putting warmth in someones eyes by smiling and encouraging them. I enjoy the time to have my dreams written and now strive to achieve them.


Yes it has come by oh so quickly this new year. 2011 is here what are YOU GOING TO DO WITH IT?
